Arrive early and stay late Doors open at 6pm and Houston TX Derby Brothers cook off team will be serving up their award winning Chili. Music starts at 6:30 with a short set by our own Willie Boehm and his harmonica followed by The Broken Spokes at 7. and The Liederkranz Shanty Chor will also take the stage for a short while so the band can take a supper break and grab some Chili.
